Refund policy

Short version: Edunector does not charge students for tutor introductions today, so there is nothing for us to refund. Tutoring fees are paid directly to the tutor.
1. Edunector fees
Discovery, search, lead submission, and the admin-managed introduction flow are free for students. We may introduce optional paid features in future (premium matching, recurring billing for power tutors). When we do, a specific refund policy will be published alongside.
2. Tutor fees
When you start regular sessions with a tutor, you pay the tutor directly. Refund terms for paid sessions are between you and the tutor. We recommend agreeing them in writing before the first paid class.
3. If the introduction didn't work
We're happy to re-match you. Email the admin contact below with the original tutor's name and what didn't fit, and we'll suggest alternatives at no charge.
4. Chargebacks
Because Edunector does not bill students today, there are no card chargebacks to dispute with us. If you ever see a charge that mentions Edunector without your authorisation, contact your bank and email us at the admin address.
